As was said in the previous post, one of your better options for creating a logo for your business is to look for a capable graphic designer, but if for whatever reason, this isn’t an option for you, there are other ways of getting a suitable logo design.
A bit of research can go a long way if you don’t have any ability in design already. Even if you think you do, it is still the best thing that you can do. Look into what colour pallet is suitable for what type of products and services, and choose the one to which your business is most well suited. This still leaves a lot of the process left to do, but it provides a good platform for the remaining work.
Coming up with the rest of the logo will first come down to a choice. You should read our previous post to find out precisely what those choices are, but it comes down to whether you want a logo which illustrates the services your business provides, a symbol which you can pour your brand power into (not a good option for small businesses – it is very costly), and a text logo, which has the danger of being drab and boring.
For deciding upon which of these options you like the sound of, you can look to an online logo creator. Obviously, if you have the budget then a graphic designer would be ideal, but if you’re operating on a minimal budget then this option has the potential of delivering.
